How long will my appointment last?
Each virtual skin consultation is approximately 30 minutes, which is generally the perfect timeframe to discuss your skin, skincare routine, and to ask any questions. Though we love to talk skin care, so sometimes it goes longer.
What can I expect during my appointment?
The virtual skin consultation consists of a skin care evaluation, product recommendations, and answers to questions you might have.
Should I bring anything to my appointment?
When booking your virtual skin consultation, you’ll answer a few questions to give Dr. Ashley Morgan some preliminary information. If you wish, you can also email us photos of your skin prior to the virtual skin consultation by replying to your booking confirmation email.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
There are options to cancel and reschedule in the invite and reminder emails sent to the email address that registered the appointment. You can also log into the client portal to do that.
How are the virtual consultations held?
All virtual consultations are held via Zoom. We will ask you to enable your camera so we can view your skin. We’ll be on camera throughout the consultation.
How can I get in touch with questions after my appointment?
After your virtual skin consultation, we’ll email your personalized routine and any recommended products or tips with links to buy. For follow-up questions you can book another appointment.
