Our video consultation will help you get the right skincare routine for your daily needs, saving you time, money, and frustration. In contrast to other skincare consultants, I explain skincare in a plain and simple way.

Getting Started

1. Book an online skincare consultation with me and take three photos of your face: one facing forward, one from the left, and one from the right. You don’t have to worry-I’ll show you how to take the best photos.

2. Fill out the skin questionnaire. It helps me figure out your skin type, worries you have, allergies, what you’re currently doing and what you hope to accomplish.

Step 1: Discuss Your Top Skin Concerns and Goals

We will begin by discussing your skin, your concerns, and your goals. I’d like to hear what you’re doing now with your skincare regimen, what’s working and what’s not.

Step 2: Skin Analysis

I will evaluate the condition of your skin. It’s not as intimidating as it sounds. Consultations with us are confidential, fun, and comfortable.

Step 3: Review of Your Current Products

Bring your current skincare products with you to your video appointment. We’ll analyze your current skincare regimen and suggest what keeps or tosses based on your needs.

Step 4: Your Customised Skincare Routine

I will work with you to create an at-home skincare routine that is tailored specifically to your needs. With your custom routine, you’ll get step-by-step instructions that help you achieve the glowing, healthy complexion you’ve always wanted.

Step 5: Follow-Up

Follow-up consultations can be scheduled if needed to assess your new daily skincare routine.

What’s the Process?

2. When you purchase the service, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a time for you to receive an Online Skin Care Consultation.

3. Our team will follow up with a Confidential Skin Care Health form so the service can be tailored to your skin’s specific needs.

4. You will receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link for our consultation. Click on that link when you’re ready for your appointment, and we’ll get started.

5. To manage your appointment and custom treatment plan, visit the member portal and log in to your account.

1. How often should I get a skincare consultation?

It is recommended that you schedule a consultation with us every six months to maintain good skin health. When you use your products within that timeframe, you’ll get the best results and your skin will adjust to them.

2. Why should I get a skincare consultation?

It can be immensely helpful to consult a skincare specialist such as ourselves to decipher all the existing information on skin care, as well as to correctly identify what’s going on with your skin and what your skin type is so that we can recommend safe and effective skincare that is tailored to your specific needs.

3. Who can get a skincare consultation?

Everyone is eligible for a consultation! Under 18 requires parental or guardian supervision.

4. Will my current skincare products be included in the routine?

We only use clinically tested, safe, and effective professional-grade products. We will not include your current skincare products in the routine if they are not on our recommended list. Currently, the US beauty and skincare industry is unregulated. Therefore, many common skincare products from drugstores may contain unsafe ingredients.
